This page details how to use the “Distribute from File” feature which allows users to upload a file containing contact details in order to distribute tickets for an event on mass.
Instructions
Step-by-step Instructions:
Log in to Distribution Portal (B2C) as usual.
Navigate to “Distribution Dashboard”.
Click on “Prepare tickets file” button to download Excel Template to be used.
Important: A new file must be downloaded every time to make the latest version of the guest list is up to date.
Edit columns R, S and T from Excel File to distribute tickets:
Column R: New Contact Email.
Column S: New Contact First Name.
Column T: New Contact Last Name.
Important Remark: Once an email is typed in, make sure to remove the hyperlink of the cell to prevent any errors. (Command + Z after link appears will remove the hyperlink).
Press the “Distribute from file” button and upload the excel sheet.
Wait for ticketshop to process your file until the summary page is displayed.
