    1. MIGRATION-RELATED

How will the upgrade impact our current customisations and CSS?

We understand that many customers have customised their ticketshops. Our team will provide support to help transfer your custom CSS and ensure that your customisations are retained in the new version. We aim to make the transition as smooth as possible for you.

In the migration, will the previous setting (outside of CSS) like button colours be taken into account, or will we have to restart the customisation from scratch?

The current customisation will remain but it may not be fully compatible with the new Ticketshop 1.5. That is why we recommend using the support of our service team.

How much time does the migration take?

Via service request around 3 weeks but we will align on your schedule and you needed production date.

Will there be any downtime during the upgrade?

We aim to minimise any downtime during the upgrade. Most of the transition work will be done in the background to ensure your ticketshop remains operational. Any required downtime will be scheduled during off-peak hours to minimise the impact on your business.

What kind of support will be available during the transition?

We offer comprehensive support throughout the upgrade process. This includes pre-upgrade consultations, assistance with transferring customisations, detailed implementation plans, and post-upgrade support to ensure everything runs smoothly.

How long will Equilibrium, aka Ticketshop 1.0, be available for existing customers?

We want to leave plenty of time to plan and perform the transition to Ticketshop 1.5 at the pace that suits you. As we want to make sure our customers benefits from a modern and up-to-date ticketshop experience, we will phase out Equilibrium, aka Ticketshop 1.0, by December 31, 2025. Equilibrium will no longer be usable after this date, so we advise you to plan your transition well in advance and a time of low sales to make sure your ticketshop works well with Ticketshop 1.5 before this deadline.

    2. SPECIFIC

    10. What about the resale sales channels (C2C sales channels)?

Resale sales channels are not included in Ticketshop 1.5's scope. In parallel Secutix is developing an integrated Direct and R

Can I remove a ticket or change a tariff from the shopping basket?

If a step of the checkout is not offered at all (e.g. the delivery method as we only have one) - can this step simply be hidden completely or will this screen then simply exist with only one selection option?

You can skip this step completely.

Will there also be certification for the European accessibility directive? Or only for the American law?
