Resale limits at site or point of sales level

Do you operate resales across different regions with varying local rules? Now you can set resale min and max limits per site or per sales channel for full flexibility

Solution

On top of resale settings in the organization, you can now override resale min and max limits per site or per sales channel. If no site value is set, the system falls back to the sales channel, and then to the organization. Note that the min/max configuration only applies in the ‘ticket marketplace’ mode.

Getting started

Configuration

Site level

Go to Institution > Venue > Site
Set Resale Min Price % and Resale Max Price % for each site.
Save your changes

Sales channel

Go to Organisation > Initialisation > Organisation parameters > Sales channel > Points of sale > Characteristics > Internet Parameters
Set Resale Min Price % and Resale Max Price % for each points of sale
Save your changes

Note: This configuration is only available for Internet B2C

Ticketshop

When listing tickets for resale, the system will now:
- Identify the site of the selected tickets
- Apply the site-specific resale min/max percentages (if configured)
- Enforce these limits when validating the resale price
If no site-specific limits are set, the system will fall back to the sales channel limits, and then to the organization limits
