Minor improvements

RELEASED IN V2.5 Pay-by-Link for Box Office Exchange

Box Office operators can now offer contacts a secure Pay-by-Link payment option for an additional amount during ticket exchanges, replacing the traditional MOTO card payment flow and ensuring PCI-compliant transactions. When an exchange results in an extra amount, the contact automatically receives an email with a payment link to complete the transaction.

RELEASED IN V2.5 Show area info for unnumbered seats on distribution portal

The distribution portal now displays the ticket number and area name for unnumbered tickets across all distribution screens.

RELEASED IN V2.4 Allow creating a relay for an existing structure

In B2B portals, users can create a relay for an existing structure by providing either the contact number or the exact full structure name. This feature is now also available in B2C portals. Creating a relay for an existing structure will force a manual validation by an operator in all cases.

RELEASED IN V2.3 New Variable: parentMovementId Now Available in Ticket Template Editor

A new movement variable parentMovementId is now available in the Ticket Template Editor. This variable exposes the movement ID of the parent season ticket for child tickets generated from season ticket lines (SSTK / Package). Operators can add parentMovementId to PDF, Mobile, and Thermal ticket templates.

RELEASED IN V2.3 Seat map: Category color alignment for season tickets

We have extended the dynamic 3D seat category coloring feature to championship season tickets, automatically rendering seat colors based on the package's first match.

RELEASED IN V2.1 Enable adding new languages in PeakProtect waiting room

By replacing the hard-coded language-specific HTML files with a single dynamic template, any new language can now be added directly through the waiting page editor in PKP in the same way as before, but without requiring any new deployment, making it instantanous and self-service.

RELEASED IN V2.1 Bank Card Payment: MOTO and TPE Identification

Bank card payment methods can be used via both MOTO (remote) and TPE (terminal). The system now automatically identifies MOTO methods by their M_ code prefix, so transactions can now easily be distinguished. You can separate them by code and name, making it easy to identify which payment flow was used. (Note: This feature is controlled by the BANK_CARD_MOTO_TPE_SPLIT_BY_CODE feature flag)

RELEASED IN V2.1 T

Ticket protection is now available during exchanges in back-office and box-office, offering a seamless and consistent experience for organizers and customers. The system automatically calculates any difference in ticket protection price between the original and exchanged tickets, and when the new ticket has a higher protection price, customers are given the choice to opt in or out. If there is no extra cost to the ticket protection, the protection will automatically be transferred to the new ticket.
