Pre-requisite: create an event or a competition

Aim: on this page, you can set up quantity limits per order

Description:

To create a new order limit click on NEW. You can apply order limits on the following fields:

Product family*: either competition or event

Sales channel*: sales channel on which the order limit will apply. If you want to apply order limits on multiple sales channels, you need to create multiple limits

Activity*: activity of the event or of the competition

Limit type*:

  • by performance: the limit will be computed based on performance/match

  • by article:

    the limit will be computed based on

     article/categories. If you configure a limit of 3, then the customer will be able to buy 2 tickets in Category 1 and 2 tickets in Category 2. On the ticketshop, drop-down quantities will not enable the customer to choose more than 3 ticket

  • by family: the limit will be computed based on the product family. If you configure a limit of 1 for the Product family "Competition", you will be authorised to add to your cart only 1 tickets across all competitions on sale.

 

Product:/Eventyou can configure the order limit to apply only for a given event / competition

Performanceyou can configure the order limit to apply only for a given performance/match

Seat categoryyou can configure the order limit to apply only for a given category

Quantity limit*: define the maximum ticket quantity for each order

After you create the limit, you need to select it and click on "RUN" to activate it. You cannot configure a date range during which the limit applies. If you need to deactivate the limit, you need to select it and click on SUSPEND.

 

You can see in Excel all the order limits configured by clicking on "EXPORT"
