Institution | Venue | Physical Configuration

Venue configuration requires a physical configuration. This is basically the seat map like they exist in reality.

A physical configuration can be with or without a seat map.

If you create without seat map, you create physical zones with security gauge for each of them. This is important because, for each physical zone, you will never be allowed to sell more than the quantity specified in the security gauge.

When you create a physical configuration with a seat map, you shall directly attribute a seat map to the configuration so that all information created in the seat map editor are directly copied (entrance, external entrances, physical zones)

With seat map

Step 1 - decide the space and seat map configuration

Step 2 - gi

Selection type shall be Zones + Blocks to allow a snake seat assignment and selection of blocks on ticketshops.

Step 3 - choose the seat map previously created in the seat map editor

Step 4 - (optional) you can select seats and add photos to seats from the Plan. On ticketshop, if the customer selects its seats, he would see the image / panoramic image you associated to the seat selected.

Step 5 - you can edit the physical configuration at any stage to add seats, However, you cannot delete a seat that has already been sold, even if it was refunded later.

Step 6 (optional) - in the Summary screen, you can generate seat count reports per area/block

Validate the physical configuration to be able to use it further, for logical and match configuration.
