Specific to the Museum
Creating “Guides” type contacts may be necessary if you need to manage the assignment of group visits to certain guides.
You must create the contact and the various elements necessary (obligatory or optional) for good visit management:
the languages spoken by the g
mastery of the themes of the exhibitions planned in your museum
the type of group that the guide is able to accompany
on which products the guide can be assigned
the availability of the guide to determine if he can be assigned to a timeslot
