Organisation | Initialisation | Custom variables

Custom variables can be created in Organization context →  Initialization → Custom variables.

These variables are elements that you can display on the ticket. They are generally used to display static information that cannot be configured elsewhere in SECUTIX.

They are linked to the Free_Text fields in the ticket editor. See Liste des variables dans l'éditeur de maquettes de billets
