Logging in TIXNGO Backoffice with Corporate SSO

In order to provide your team with a more secure, streamlined, and user-friendly way to manage events, we integrate Corporate Single Sign-On (SSO) for administrative access to the TIXNGO V4 Backoffice.

This eliminates the need for separate TIXNGO-specific accounts, allowing your staff to access the Backoffice using their existing corporate credentials.

Why the Switch to SSO?

• Enhanced Security: Leverage your organization’s existing security policies, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and centralized password management.

• Simplified User Experien No more forgotten passwords or manual login forms. If you are already logged into your corporate network, access to TIXNGO is just a click away.

• Centralized Management: When a team member joins or leaves your organization, their access to the TIXNGO Backoffice is automatically managed through your corporate directory.

How It Works

Accessing the Backoffice is now simpler than ever. We have moved away from a generic login page to Tenant-Specific URLs that recognize your organization automatically.

1. Access Your Dedicated Link: Navigate to your organization's unique Backoffice URL (e.g., https://your-org.backoffice.tixngo.io).

2. One-Click Authentication: The system will automatically redirect you to your familiar corporate login page.

3. Instant Access: Once authenticated, you will be securely logged into the TIXNGO Backoffice with the specific permissions tied to your role.
