Downloads

In the old version of TIXNGO Backoffice, the export feature of the Ticket List and Mobile Logs screen included a huge of data. You are required to stay on the page and wait for the result file.

Now, with the new Downloads screen, all the export requests of the Ticket List and Mobile Logs screen will be executed independently and silently. So, you caCOMPLETED, you can download these files to your computer. The other members of your organizer can save time, they do not need to create a new export request if they have the same need, just go to the Downloads screen and get the corresponding files.
