Let tickets bought on the resale platform to be resold again.
High demand events or competitions often rely on the resale platform to ensure venues are not only sold out but that customers actually show up on the d-day. Previously tickets bought on the resale platform could not be resold.
Solution
A new point of sales parameter allows you to activate this feature and let your customers resale their tickets bought on the resale platform.
Getting started
The new point of sales parameter is available on all internet sales channels.
Once active the option will make the tickets bought from the resale platform available in the "resale tickets" screen of the ticketshop. Note that once such tickets are put on resale, they will remain available in the resale platform, even if the option is deactivated. To effectively remove them from the resale platform, they will have to either be "resale cancelled" or be retained (marked as private).
