Ticket protection - Email notificatoin upon ticket invalidation

RELEASED IN V1.3 Offering ticket protection but struggling to monitor the invalidated tickets due to ticket protection. You will now be able to receive an email for each ticket invalidation.

Solution

An email can be configured to be sent out on a daily basis reporting of any new ticket invalidation.

The configured recipient email will receive a message, if there was at least 1 ticket invalidation during the day.

The email will contain an excel file will all the tickets invalidated of the day. If there were no ticket invalidated, no email will be sent.

Please create a service ticket requesting this feature to be activated, specifying the email recipient email address to be used.
