Getting started

Configuration restrictions This field (AUTHOR_INFO/TRACKING) is not active by default. Institutions wishing to enable it should contact the service team.

The Opened and Clicked rates of email campaigns are now based on emails delivered to contacts with tracking consent, instead of all delivered emails. Exports and reports use the same rates. All other campaign metrics stay the same, and so do the rates of institutions that don't use tracking consent.

The new rates apply automatically once the tracking consent field is active.

In Audience Management > Campaigns, an info icon on the OPENED and CLICKED column headers explains how each rate is calculated.
